Prescription Policy
The Food and Drug Administration regulates the sale CPAP machines, BiPAP machines,
Auto CPAP machines, humidifiers, nasal interfaces and related supplies. As such,
a valid prescription from your physician is required to purchase this equipment.
- Prescriptions for CPAP, BiPAP and Auto CPAP machines must indicate pressure(s).
- Prescription for humidifiers need only say "Heated Humidifier for use with CPAP."
- Prescriptions must be from a practitioner licensed to prescribe the equipment, must
be dated, legible and specify the item(s) required.
Important - Within 48 hours of placing an order for a product requiring a prescription,
please fax your prescription to 425-605-4174. We also accept scanned prescription
sent via email to: postmaster@cpapworksLLC.com.
Sorry, we can not ship your order you order without a prescription.
Warranty
Machines -The manufacturer's warranties covers parts and labor for 2-years
on all CPAP Machines for any manufacturer defects. This does not cover any damage caused by
the consumer (i.e. dropped machine, water damage, abused equipment, etc.).
Masks and Nasal Interfaces - All masks and nasal interfaces are warranted for
90 days by the manufacture against defects and breakage. They will be replaced by the manufacture
through the dealer. The warrantee does not include incorrect sizing or fit.
If the mask does not fit, federal law prohibits resale of the mask. Hence, it can
not be returned for credit. If you wish to purchase another mask, we will sell you one new mask of
your choice at our cost. Purchase must be made within 21 days of receipt. CPAP Works LLC will
supply you with the available measuring gages free of charge. We reserve the right to refuse
the sale of an "at cost mask" if we believe a customer is abusing the policy.
Parts and Supply Items - All parts and supply items are warranted for
90 days by the manufacture against manufacturing defects and breakage. The manufacturer
will replace them through the CPAP Works LLC.
Return Policy
Any item returned that appears to have been opened will not be accepted as a return and no credit given, except if defective. If the product you purchased from CPAP Works LLC has defective materials and/or workmanship, and you have the original packaging, contact us receipt for return authorization. Non-defective returns in original packaging are subject to a restocking charge of 15%. All credits will be refunded to the credit card with which the purchase was made.
Defective products may be returned to CPAP Works LLC for repair or replacement at discretion of CPAP Works LLC and/or the manufacturer. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

- Prices quoted are in U. S. dollars.
- We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and cashiers checks or money orders (by mail)
Shipping Charges
The total cost including shipping will be calculated during the
Check Out process. You will still have the opportunity to cancel your order after
shipping charges are identified. SHIPPING & HANDLING fees are for UPS. International
orders will be shipped using UPS, unless otherwise specified. Call for a shipping
quote if another shipping method is desired.
- Orders in by 1:00 P.M. Pacific time will be shipped the same day, Monday-Friday.
- Shipping outside the US may involve additional charges and restrictions.
- Standard delivery is UPS 3-10 day ground.
Delivery times apply to in-stock items only. You will be notified by e-mail if
an item is out of stock and when shipping is expected to occur. Orders may be
split up if an item is out of stock. If this situation occurs, we will attempt
to ship in-stock items with no additional shipping charges to the customer.
Business days are Monday through Friday.
Shipping charges will not be reimbursed for any shipments, which
are refused by the recipient. International customers are responsible for
understanding all duties, fees and taxes, which may apply prior to placing an order.
